Delivery policy

A. REGULATION ON DELIVERY METHOD:

The delivery and delivery process is applied to all goods being traded at LUBE TECH Vietnam Co., Ltd.

1. Delivery time:

From 8:00 to 17:00 (including weekdays except Sundays and public holidays according to the regulations of the State of Vietnam).

2. Delivery method:

2.1 Delivery at LUBE TECH vietnam warehouse:

Delivery staff will deliver goods at the company’s warehouse for customers.

2.2 Express delivery:

For customers who live far away, the goods will be sent through a courier service provider that has signed a contract with LUBE TECH vietnam. (Free shipping nationwide). Delivery time as below:

– North: 1 ~ 2 days after receiving the order and payment.

– Central Region: 2 ~ 3 days after receiving the order and payment.

– South: 1 ~ 2 days after receiving the order and payment.

– Remote and remote areas and village addresses: Depends on actual conditions.

3. Documents accompanying the goods:

– VAT bill

– Receipt of delivery.

– Goods warranty card (if any)

– User guide (if any)

B. REGULATION ON METHOD OF RECEIVING:

1. Goods received directly:

Customers receiving goods from LUBE TECH vietnam’s delivery staff are responsible for checking goods at LUBE TECH vietnam warehouse and signing for confirmation on the delivery record of LUBE TECH vietnam.

2. Indirect receipt of goods: (Receiving goods from the forwarder of the courier unit)

When receiving goods from LUBE TECH Vietnam, customers are responsible for checking goods and documents attached.

In case the goods-documents meet the requirements, customers will reconfirm by one of the following methods:

– Sign for confirmation on the delivery record of LUBE TECH Vietnam and inform the delivery officer.

– Email confirmation to the sales person in charge of orders.

– Reconfirmation message with business in charge of orders.

In case the goods-documents do not meet the requirements, customers need to keep the current state of goods and respond to LUBE TECH Vietnam within 1 working day.
